Getting Ready For Clean Up Week? Donate to HERO!

Prepare for Clean-Up Week!

Do you have unused shower chairs, crutches, wheelchairs, unopened wound care supplies or healthcare items taking up space in your closets? Before you put them on the curb, consider donating them to HERO for a tax-deductible receipt! Take advantage of Clean Up Week and donate to a great cause!

HERO, Healthcare Equipment Recycling Organization, is a nonprofit organization that collects unused medical equipment and supplies and redistributes them to those in need.   Bring your extra healthcare supplies and medical equipment to HERO to help someone in need.

HERO accepts donations of:

  • unopened wound care supplies
  • incontinence supplies
  • personal hygiene items
  • wheelchairs
  • shower safety bars
  • canes
  • crutches
  • raised toilet seats
  • shower chairs
  • C-PAP machines
  • Anything health & medically related!

For safety and legal reasons, HERO is unable to accept prescription medication of any kind, exposed needles, outdated supplies, and equipment that is soiled or broken.

All donations are tax deductible.

Your donation can help so many people locally and globally.  Currently, there is a waiting list for many items such as wheelchairs and bath chairs.  Please consider donating any unused item so they can be given to someone in need.
